The 2026 Shanghai SNEC Photovoltaic Exhibition commenced on May 26, 2026, at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Xi’an Yuanfar International Trade Co., Ltd.—a wholly owned state-owned enterprise under Ankang Development and Investment Group—participated in the exhibition to showcase its integrated overseas warehouse service platform for the African photovoltaic market. Leveraging its Africa-focused photovoltaic supply chain ecosystem, the company presented end-to-end solutions for its dedicated overseas warehouses in Egypt and Nigeria, supporting Chinese photovoltaic manufacturers in expanding export channels into high-potential African markets.
Established in 2001, Yuanfar International has specialized in facilitating photovoltaic trade across Africa for over two decades. Building upon the institutional advantages of its comprehensive state-owned foreign trade service platform—and drawing from extensive operational experience in overseas markets—the company has evolved beyond conventional product export to establish a holistic overseas warehouse-based service system. This system encompasses export customs clearance, cross-border logistics coordination, localized warehousing and inventory management, on-the-ground market development, and international exhibition support. It enables precise matching between Chinese manufacturers of PV modules, battery cells, and energy storage systems—and demand-driven markets in key African countries, including Egypt and Nigeria.
At this year’s SNEC exhibition, Yuanfar International engaged in substantive technical and commercial discussions with stakeholders from Africa, India, and Southeast Asia on emerging product categories—including mobile energy storage systems, foldable PV modules, integrated residential energy storage units, and advanced frame accessories made from novel materials. Concurrently, the company held targeted consultations with domestic PV module producers, battery wafer suppliers, and accessory manufacturers on regulatory compliance and distribution frameworks in Egypt and Nigeria; evaluated exclusive direct-delivery models via overseas warehouses; assessed customized logistics and containerized export solutions; and facilitated introductions to pre-vetted local distributors and EPC contractors across Africa. Notably, on the opening day of the exhibition, the company secured confirmed orders totaling USD 6.2 million from clients in Egypt, Vietnam, and India.
Yuanfar International views the SNEC exhibition as a strategic platform to strengthen bilateral cooperation—both internationally and domestically. The company invites industry partners to visit its booth (Booth A10–A11, Hall 8.2H) for in-depth dialogue on collaborative opportunities in solar-plus-storage exports to Africa.
